There is nothing unusual about growing up in Michigan City, IN, unless you are Jayson Thibault; the only kid in town with two mommies. Being raised by lesbians, who in Indiana in the 1980s were slightly less rare than leprechauns, lends itself to Jayson's unique comedic voice.
Jayson Thibault (pronounced Tee-bo), or "Teeb" as his friends and some enemies know him, got his start in comedy when he won the Ball State University Comedy Competition two years in a row. After college, Jayson relocated to the west coast and has been a regular in the Los Angeles comedy circuit ever since. Jayson is a veteran writer/performer of sketch as well as stand-up comedy.
In addition to touring, Jayson is currently the head writer for The Naughty Show-a monthly variety show combining stand-up, sketches, characters, pole-dancing and adult film stars, performed live at The Hollywood Improv and comedy store (Naughtycomedyshow.com). He is also the co-host for The Naughty Show Podcast, a weekly podcast featuring past and future Naughty Show guests (Deathsquad.tv) as well as a fixture on the icehouse chronicles podcast. For the last 8 NFL seasons jayson can bee seen weekly on DirecTVs Redzone channel, as head researcher! Jayson loves comedy, loves sports, loves his moms! Not so sure about himself, though! |
